The Lotus Evija hypercar is one of this year’s most anticipated new hypercars. Last month, we learned that the extraordinary electric hypercar is getting closer to production, which will start this summer at a new state-of-the-art facility in Norfolk, UK. But if you were hoping to place an order for the Lotus Evija, we have some bad news for you. Despite starting at an eye-watering $2.2 million, Lotus hasn’t struggled to find buyers.

According to Autocar, the Lotus Evija is completely sold out for the 2020 model year. It isn’t known how many models have been allocated for 2020, but Lotus only plans to build 130 examples in total, so time is running out if you have a spare $2.2 million lying around to buy one.
